Returns

You can easily submit a return request by sending an email to an@mabellesac.com.

When we have received your email, we will confirm receipt and investigate whether your request for return is justified.

If we agree with the return, you can return the item to us.

Important:

• Return shipments without prior consent from MaBelleSac will be returned to the sender.
• All our items have a special safety label with their own name. This security label must be perfectly intact. If this label is damaged or removed, the item cannot be returned.
• The item must be in the original packaging with all accompanying ancillary items such as certificate-mirror-shoulder strap, etc.
• The item must be unused in the same condition as it was seen on www.Mabellesac.com.
